Many benefit from substantial improvements – UPVC windows to keep energy bills low, electric showers, kitchen upgrades, security lights and outside taps. Every year our Property Services Team will decide which improvements are most needed.  Our financial strength means we are committed to investing in our homes, though rents remain competitive.

Because our properties are in high demand we usually only have a handful available at any one time.  If you are interested in becoming a tenant member, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
